Back to football.... Saw on WOSN that MAC teams that enter the playoffs as the #8 seed are now 7-2 all time with both losses being to other MAC teams. Very impressive.

I was at the game and on the sideline and watching very closely, i saw nothing of the sort that BlueJay speaks of. I think he may have been hallucinating........and i like Bluejays posts and respect his football acumen.

As for the Leipsic fans who were disrespectful toward DSJ fans, as previously mentioned.......don't let a few people acting dumb (or drunk) characterize an entire community.

I am not surprised by this DSJ win at all. Leipsic was the third or fourth best team in the BVC by my account. While I was hoping Leipsic could pull this one off for the BVC, I figured it was a long shot. Not DSJ's best team as I am told, but their strong history and tough schedule make them a team that no one would want to play, particularly in the first round as a 1 seed.

I was the first one to comment on the game and I was humble as can be about it.

That being said, being a humble loser and bending over to somebody who has done little to garner any respect are two completely separate issues.

Then you have the nerve to call me out for something that happened 2 years ago, when I used to drink, and then tell someone else to stop living in the past?

Like I said, I didn't see any of this happen. I know visiting teams tend to see things that aren't there.

As for fans throwing gatorade bottles at other fans: That's sad and I would like to do my small part to apologize for other community members who apparently can't control themselves. I wish that somebody of authority would have noticed so it could have been taken care of to hopefully avoid future happenings of this.

If you are referring to a number 5 as to the Leipsic player supposedly playing dirty at the end of the DSJ game, Leipsic didn't have a number 5 that played varsity minutes.

Judging from your name and posts, you seem to a St. Henry fan. Great program and great tradition.You and other MAC backers like you make it hard to like or respect you.The majority of posts on these threads have been MAC positive and then you start bashing everyone that isn't part of the MAC.
There are many MAC backers here on the Corner that I have great respect for. As of now, you are not one of them.
