ok here we go again...you guys can blast away at me all you want. Im trying to be a part of the solution. Ill say it again there is a huge difference between management and leadership. Ive served up my own examples as well of those from a renowned leader in school leadership. While the article I did quote is from the WSJ the 12 points are from the book warren bennis wrote. Its apparent some people just wont understand that. also, research suggests that the greatest impact on school achievement is the Principal. willeke is a nice guy, loves the kids whatever you may say, but being last in the all sports awards and having an average state report card its evident that's c-r is not achieving like it once did. bb and hagen have yet to offer up any solution, maybe they are content being last in the county?

L-o-s-e-r and l-o-o-s-e-r are two completely different words with completely different pronunciations, representing completely different parts of speech, and having completely different meanings.

People like you who use them interchangeably and don't know the difference seem to have drowned in the shallow end of the gene pool. Who is the loser/looser now?

Just reading your posts, I feel confident in saying that you will never be a part of the solution.......and that also goes for JAPES.....clean it up JAPES or you will be sitting it out for awhile!!!!!!!!

You're on a forum complaining about something and being mad no one is doing anything about it. You say you have "millions of buddies." You and your millions of buddies should go do something about it and you would be happy.

I will say to other C-R fans, alumni and community members though that I would be disappointed these guys are trying to represent your community. However, most of us on here know better than to judge all of you based on a few bad apples. No matter how rotten those apples may be.

Japes, I hope I don't ever find out who you are because your lack of decency needs an adjustment that I would love to help facilitate. There are two separate issues being mixed together in my opinion. One is the bashing of two coaches and the second is the performance of CR sports. The first should stop and the second could/should be discussed without defaming individuals. I have plenty of opinions on the second but will hold off till later.....maybe.

I was at the CR Van Buren game friday night and all I can say is that the hornets fans stayed to the end and were cheering away every time their kids made a good play. I give them props for that. Also, they make a mean Hornet-burger!

Dave Siferd is a cancer to CR football. He has been there way too long and needs to get out before he shatters Joe Paterno's record in number of years. These kids deserve better than his crappy attitude he throws towards the team of youngsters. Nobody cares about those old motovational speeches before or at halftime. It is time for Dave Siferd to leave C-R now before more cancer gets in the way.
