I alluded to it here, fellas. Unfortunately, I had to dumb it down even more for ya. The list is not from a wsj article, its from a book by Warren Bennis called "On becoming a leader"
The WSJ article is the first link following the aforementioned search. In which, the article states: "Still, much ink has been spent delineating the differences. The manager’s job is to plan, organize and coordinate. The leader’s job is to inspire and motivate. In his 1989 book “On Becoming a Leader,” Warren Bennis composed a list of the differences:..." Followed by your 12 points. Again: :wallbash:

You don't seem to understand. The fact remains that you just googled something, found the first post and put it up on here to justify your own argument without thinking for yourself. THEN when called out on it and it's proved that you did that you still try to deny it saying "It's not from an article, it's from a book." This HAS to be a joke.

My guess is, however, since it's past 3 and you just got let out of school that your posts will slow down at least until you get a chance to check your phone and type a response.

bb, this isnt about me. Its about fighting for the kids at C-R. They deserve to have the same expectations and opportunities that I was given many years ago.

.....and here people complain about today's generation getting "entitlement". :bag:

If they want to win, they can go to the weight room and/or go outside and start some speed training. They have what they have...no sense in crying about it.

Hagen you clearly dont understand leadership. Anyone can manage day to day operations, get the busses lined up, do the scheduling, discipline johnny...etc...but being a true leader is not about managing its about having a vision and getting a group of people to work collaboratively to fulfill the vision.

I ain't shutting this down until Dave Siferd and Bob Abbey get out of here. Even better yet, I'll be shooting off fireworks once they drop dead.

I can only imagine how successfully you would mix with fireworks.

Wow! As C-R alumni, I'm again embarrassed! By "again embarrassed" I mean this isn't the first time this sort of thing has happened for the green and gold. I will start by saying this, I loved my time at C-R. The education back when I was there was phenomenal (not sure about now as I live far away) and our athletics were actually decent (meaning .500+ in all sports, which I know to some schools is still not great). I will do no name-dropping, but I believe some of the problem was blatantly not hiring alumni who wanted to come back and teach/coach for their alma mater. I do know they have hired some recently, but I believe the damage was done for a long time. Secondly, I don't know how the current principal is as a principal, but I do know he was an awesome History teacher that worked hard for his students and cared a great deal for them. Also, if anyone at C-R does not like Bob Abbey, they obviously had a rough ride with him from JH thru HS. He is a great man that I enjoyed being in his PE classes, coached by him, and getting to know him professionally years later. Dave Siferd is who Dave Siferd is, a man who has gave his life to C-R education and athletics. Thank the man for caring so much about a community and call it good.

I have so much more I would love to say towards JAPES, but obviously he is a complete moron and wouldn't get it through his thick skull. So, enjoy the rest of this thread as I'm sure it will only get better!

I'm sure if you approach them at State Finals you will have more to worry about than just those 2. They are well liked and respected by many more than those in the Cory Rawson area.

Oh it will get better once I see them at State Finals and tell them 2 because every year I see Bob Abbey and Dave Siferd sitting together at state finals this much. "What's the point of you coming all the way to Stark County when you can never make it here no matter how hard you try"? The point is that they are not ever gonna win a state title. Also, they are loosers. Loosers like those 2 do not belong in Stark County ever.

First of all looser is a last name, and I believe it's pronounced lozher. So if loser was what you were looking for... you're an idiot.

Second of all, I dont appreciate you using the term "homo" as a derogatory term. I know where we live and know that there are many more "losers" just like you.

Third of all, learn proper english and a little bit of respect, trust me, they go a long way.

Fourth, until you learn my third point, stay our of these forums for your own sake and for the sake of all of the C-R alumni you're embarassing right now.

I had fun rattling your cages while you two were just freaking out like idiots. But now that it's more like rattling the cage of a monkey eating his own feces I feel kind of bad for you... but only a little.
