Not surprised. A lot of new faces and DSJ will get better as the season progresses. Looking at their region, they would have mopped the floor with most of those teams even with their play in Week 1, let alone now.
I am having some reservations about Marion Local though. They are not nearly as daunting offensively as I was expecting them to be this year...obviously still the favorite in DVII though.

DSJ continues to improve. The 'Jays can win the next four games and who knows where that would put them in the playoff hunt.

1. 5-1 Arlington 8.1333 18.5 50.5 - Arlington has another tough test this week as they head to Liberty Center.
2. 4-2 Fremont St. Joseph Central Catholic 7.0833 15.5 45.0 - SJCC travels to Hopewell-Loudon this week after only putting up 13 against Lakota. HL is in a much tougher region and needs this win badly.
3. 5-1 Leipsic 18.5 39.5 - Leipsic gets a win this week against Cory-Rawson
4. 5-1 McComb 6.9697 20.0 36.0 - McComb gets a win this week at Arcadia.
5. 5-1 Pandora-Gilboa 4.9000 18.0 19.0 - PG faces a tough test in Liberty-Benton this week. I see them losing here.
6. 4-2 Edon 4.0833 14.0 17.5 - Smashes Hilltop this week.
7. 4-2 Toledo Christian 4.0667 16.0 14.0 - I see Christian losing this week as they take on Gibsonburg at home.
8. 3-3 Hicksville 3.9333 11.0 21.0 - Very tough game against D.6 Reg 20 leader Wayne Trace. Hicksville goes down in this one.
Outside Looking In:
9. 2-4 Tiffin Calvert 3.5333 8.0 22.0 - Calvert travels to NB this week and will inch close to .500
10. 2-4 Mohawk 3.5000 7.5 22.5 - Another tough one this week. The Warriors host Seneca East at home. The loser of this game will likely miss the playoff. (I won't make a prediction on this one).
12. 2-4 Delphos St. John's 2.4333 8.0 11.0 - St. John's played very tough against MSL Saturday evening. They win by several scores this week against Fort Recovery.
Teams I've Eliminated After Week 6 Performances:
11. North Baltimore
14. Lima Perry
Finally, it looks as if I've narrowed this region down to 11 teams. The 8 top teams in the region and then Calvert, Mohawk and DSJ as the last three teams that could take over one of those top spots.
