Really???? Would you care to lay down a nice little wager on that?

I was at the graduation. Everyone in the program had either the armed forces or a college listed for post high school plans. So, unless their plans have changed since then (which is entirely possible) then I still stand by my 100% statements. However, because I do not have a gambling problem, don't need the money, and don't have the time/desire to seek you out and collect, I do not wish to place a wager.

Really........To say what you said..You know very little about kids with disabilities.

Lol alright. I don't know what a learning disability is. That must be it. Genius.

Although, the more I read your posts, the more I think I understand.

Everybody has "plans". I bet a large portion of them are clueless and invest way too much time in to one school and don't get accepted, and/or are unfamiliar with the process. Not to mention, most people just lie so they don't feel like they are "out of the norm". I wish LCC's stats would include how many of their alum actually graduate college, instead of how many just get "accepted". Actually, I wish ALL schools did this. Getting accepted is like getting hired at skilled labor. Just because you are in, doesn't mean you are a good worker and/or worth the damn.

I think an argument could also be made pretty easily for 2011, when LCC beat DSJ 21-14, and DSJ only had one regular season loss in the MAC (17-14 vs. Coldwater). I realize this is the transitive property and isn't really applicable in sports, but I'm not really sure how else you would like me to make a case?
Just playing devil's advocate here......by using your same logic, are you saying that LCC couldn't have competed for the BVC crown in 2011 because they got beat by 10 points to the #2 team in the BVC (Liberty-Benton)?

Well, I already acknowledged that the transitive property doesn't really work in sports. However, using the aforementioned logic, then yes, I would be saying that LCC was worse than the #2 team in the BVC in 2011.

My original point though, was not that LCC would win the MAC, but rather that they could compete with the upper echelon MAC teams.

What do you expect them to put in the program? I'm going to work at Wal-Mart? I'm going to be a drug dealer? Wake up. Come to a public school and you will find out what "Special Needs" students are all about. LCC does not have the capabilities of servicing these type of students nor need to count these students when it comes to determining their sport divisions.

I don't know how it works at Crestview or some of these other schools where people are saying "the kids probably just put that down and haven't even been accepted anywhere," but it's a pretty formal process at LCC. The kids aren't the ones who fill in the program. The guidance office is constantly in contact with seniors and their respective college choices throughout the year. It's not just a "fill in the blank and we'll put it in the program" deal.

I'm pretty confident I know what a "special needs" student is. No one is saying LCC is full of special needs kids, but to say they don't have any proves your ignorance.

LCC definition of special needs - individuals who require assistance from tax payers to attend private schools.

At what point in my statement did I make myself look bad..

Here's a recent example of where you made yourself look bad :

1. Go back and read post # 68 on this thread.

2. Answer my questions !
