Those matchups would be interesting. However with the way MAC schedules football now, Allthose matchups may Not happen every year.

If you go all the way back to 2002, LCC probably has a pretty pedestrian record against the NWC as well. LCC was bad for a number of years until 2005 (2-8 record in 2004 and 11-2 record in 2005). Since 2005, LCC's record against the MAC is 6-4:
vs. DSJ: 3-3
vs. St. Henry: 1-1
vs. Anna: 1-0
vs. Versailles: 1-0
By no means would they dominate in the MAC, but I do think they could compete and finish anywhere from 1st - 5th in any given year (5th place isn't so bad when the teams ahead of you are Coldwater/DSJ/St. Henry/Marion Local/Versailles/Minster/etc.)

If you don't think the cow farm will shift directions.... you're sadly mistaken.
Cow farm? I think the parents that want to send their kids to LCC and can afford it, will utilize the voucher program and send their kids there and not because of football but because they want to make sure their kids get the chance at college....some of whom might even play football in college

I got a good laugh at people chest thumping about academics on a sports site. Also, someone using US News as a good ranking system is cute but the rankings really don't tell you much. Just like the college rankings, there are ways to make your school look better than others. For example, since Columbus Grove was mentioned, the latest state report card has them ranked 159 in the state (data from ODE's website - District Rating Data). There are many NWC, MAC, and BVC schools ahead of them. I will take DOE data over US News any day.
Saying that, this whole situation with LCC is sad and I wish it didn't play out this way.

Yes, because nobody goes to college from the area public schools. Nor do any go on to play college football.
If you're dedicated enough in your academics, you will succeed anywhere. If you're good enough to play college football, scouts will find you anywhere.

Give me an example of 1 time over the past 25 years that they could've won the MAC? If you're saying they could finish 1st there needs to be an example over time that they have fielded a team who could of won the conference.

Well, saying I think they could compete in that upper echelon of MAC teams is not the same as saying "they for sure would have won the MAC in a year XXXX." If LCC was in the MAC the last 25 years, they might have 0 MAC championships, but that doesn't mean they couldn't compete with those top teams. However, to play along with your game, in 2005 LCC went 3-0 against the MAC (St. Henry, Anna, and Versailles) and Versailles finished second in the league (one loss to Coldwater 31-21), so I don't think it's far fetched to suggest LCC could have competed for the top spot that year. I think an argument could also be made pretty easily for 2011, when LCC beat DSJ 21-14, and DSJ only had one regular season loss in the MAC (17-14 vs. Coldwater). I realize this is the transitive property and isn't really applicable in sports, but I'm not really sure how else you would like me to make a case?

lots of kids from LSH play on Saturdays...this upcoming collegate season will see season: Brooklyn Shurelds (Milford), Jarrod Pughsley (Akron), Michael Fischer (Mt Union), Trent Wise and David Henderson (Bluffton) and that's just off the top of my head. Like Brunow said...scouts will find you no matter how many L's you take
or in other words...
