Hear the game live on zsportslive.com if you aren't making the trek down on Friday........this has been a really fun team for me to cover all year long and I figure Friday will be no different as it'll be a fight til the end, Fort Loramie is a very solid ballclub as evidenced by their big win tonight.
Don't find fault, find a remedy.

It will come down to guard play.

Ft. Loramie's pressure will be the key. If O'ville can handle it, they win.

They need to handle it better than they did against Minster this year.

Darion Rose for Fort Loramie is a great player and for Ottoville to win they must contain her....she went off for 29 against Marion Local.....Loramie, as coach stated will really pressure the ball and has played in some pressure cooker type games this season....most notably against a very good Marion Local team who came back from a 23 point deficit to within 2....only to lose by 5....but, that 4th quarter was like a 4th quarter you do not see very often....they eventually handled the situation to pull out the win.......Loramie really plays hard and will be Ottoville's toughest opponent this season......if Seifker gets in foul trouble in this game.......look out!!!!!!!!!!

Guard play and foul trouble will be the difference. IMO Ottoville will not get the job done. They were "mediocre" in a weak Reginoal.

1. 15-20 point regional wins are good 2. never bet against the Lady Green 3. Learn to spell "Regional"

So explain to me what a better regional is? Seems to me you are making a poor judgement. Thinking that Ottoville can't get the job done because they played mediocre in a weak regional? lol first off ya they didn't play their best in that regional but that regional was not weak. Don't discredit anything that Ottoville has done or played. I think they can beat Fort Loramie. It will be the best team they have played this year.

guard play will be huge in this matchup IF Ottoville handles their pressure and the big girls stay out of foul trouble they should be able to pull it out. The winner of this game will be the state champion. Ottoville needs to force 20 or more turnovers and have less than that and they will be there in the end. Beining has be an unsung hero for ottovile this year in the games I have seen. Both her and Siefker need to learn how to go straight up and not try to swat everything. They are good for 1-2 fouls a game a piece because of this. It's going to cost them eventually I just hope its at the college level next year and not this year.

I disagree with the statement if Ottoville wins they will win in the finals. Berlin Hiland will play even more pressure than Ft. Loramie and you can take that to the bank!

Toughest opponent Ottoville has faced so far this season. Neither teams has played from behind yet this tournament (if am correct) so it will be interesting to see how both teams handle the pressure.

Maybe the officials will allow her to play for once rather than calling these absurd ticky tack fouls.

:punk: I'll be honest with you flounder, I am happy for them, but not as excited as I was 6-8 years ago when they went. I do hope they can get the job done finally after coming up just short before. But thanks though flounder.

I will say the officiating was not good at the Regional game against Arcadia for either team, but there where two fouls not called on Siefker that were take downs for sure - so don't imply that she was picked on in this game. The lady ref was especially bad, and I have never been fond of the short blond ref (Blazovich?). Having said that, the officiating had nothing to do with the outcome of the Regional game for either team. The better team won and decisively IMO. The hi/lo game that Ottoville has is very, very good and will be tough for any team to match up with - particularly if they are hitting 3's like they did against Arcadia.

I will be rooting for Ottoville to win the whole thing now - keep it in NW Ohio.

2 takedowns? Well you can say that I am biased all you want but I fail to see anything that seemed like a "takedown" through what you might have seen. But we all view things differently I guess so not a big deal. I was just simply referring to her getting picked on because of her size, Post. I wasn't saying that the officiating was bad. Sometimes when you are taller than everyone, refs seem to target you more. She also receives a lot of contact more than others and yet no foul is called. But it happens, that's part of the game. I even thought Ottoville didn't play their best game. They hit some threes but they also missed more than they usually do. At least they are learning to play though when they get into foul trouble.

Ottoville has the most talent in the state at any division!!! Anything less than a State Championship would be unacceptable.
