West Holmes pulls the ball out before Hill fouls Synder. I do wish those were called as intentional fouls. It would really clean the game up. Synder misses the front end of the 1-and-1 but Africentric turns it over. West Holmes timeout.

BERLIN - When Division III, second-ranked Columbus Africentric took a 32-21 halftime lead over Division II, top-ranked West Holmes, things looked meek. Then the second half started and Rachelle Morrison went to work.

West Holmes outscored the Nubians, 41-18 in the second half for a 62-50 win at the 10th annual Classic in the Country.

Morrison led the Knights (16-0) with 24 points while Laina Snyder had just seven points but pulled down an impressive 24 rebounds.

Marley Hill, who is headed to Cincinnati next season, led Africentric (11-4) with 19 points.

Flounder found the Chicken & Dumplings that the CITC is so very famous for and he
also seems to have found a young lady with a giant BBQ beef sandwich that he's taken a hankerin' too......

they sell A LOT of food here at the Classic and it is all out of this world good
this is the only gymnasium that I've ever been at that doesn't
sell popcorn but it seems that nobody misses it.........
