Smith drains a 3-pointer for Brown and they're on their way to another victory. They'll improve to 12-3 overall, which is quite impressive considering the schedule. Northview will fall to 7-6.

My win would've been from the 2011 Classic and I won some stuff when I got here last year but was already "reppin' the RC!

14 minutes until tipoff between AP D2 #1 West Holmes and AP D3 #2 Columbus Africentric.

We have a very nice crowd here, as the local team West Holmes takes on the defending D3 state champions in Columbus Africentric. However, the crowd is 85-15 in favor of West Holmes.

Africentric's Alexis Parkers with a short jumper to open the game.

Africentric with three shots on their second possession but zero points. A miss by Holmes and Africentric scores again. A steal and a lay-up for Africentric and a timeout from West Holmes

CA: 6
WH: 0

Africentric is a relatively young team. They have just two seniors, but one of them is stud Marley Hil. Also, I was wrong about the crowd. It just took them a while to wake up for Africentric. It's probably 60-40 in favor of West Holmes though.

Alexis Parks, a 5'5'' junior has four of the six points for Africentric, but she just picked up her second foul. Synder to the line and she makes both of the free throws. Africentric responds quickly with a short jumper and then forces a Holmes turnover!
