I try to get everyone into the Christmas spirit and a cat fight breaks out. Flounder and the Lord please help turn these hardened souls into peaceful, loving Rockies and turn their bitterness into egg nog.

Peace on Earth,

Probably no one reading this topic anymore, but I would like to put it to rest.
It was a short-sighted decision by the school board.
It was purely a financial decision with the new gym. Why pay for a banner for one season.
Obvious, a mistake.
Not on the board, but if an I'm sorry would finish this. There you go

One of my favorite topics of all time on any message board. Hilarity at its finest!

I owe a big thumbs up to LJ for telling me 'check this thread out, you'll love it'.

Weekly,

I'm FIRMLY convinced that without my posts this topic would of been average at best. I prompted, stroked, and prodded and made it Jerry Springer level. In fact, we could take about four of the main posters, put a clip together and send it to Jerry. I think it would get on. Of course, I want to be the agent..

Also, Weekly you are easily entertained. Saw it recently. What you told my wife about the view. I played good husband. HAHA.

Did all of the schools in LCC's new conference put up the LCC banners early, or are they waiting until next season?

Don't know about LCC's new conference placing banners yet, but understand the Northwest Conference will only
be awarding trophies for 2nd place after this season.

That view was way more entertaining then this thread is- and this thread is pretty good. Your wife asked how I liked those boots the other night and I said 'They are just fine' and that she could leave them on!!!!

Yes, I suppose saying "the Conference will be more wide open now" is one way of looking at it. . .being crowned
Conference Champ after the top team is gone is like being named the tallest midget, would be another way of
looking at it.

That is an arrogant way of looking at it.

It was no different BEFORE LCC got in then it will be next year. Grove's championship in football, Lincolnview in basketball were before LCC got in the league. The conference will still be just as competitive. It's cry babies like you that are the only one's thinking that way (2nd place etc.). People from Ottawa, Bath, Elida, and other communities think it's hilarious that they were kicked out of the league. Trust me on this....there are not very many LCC fans out there.

The Conference was good before LCC entered the league. Five appearances the State Tournament, and two of the those ended in Championships.(USV and Lincolnview)
