Usually it isn't a MAC champ going against a 4th place finisher in a league though. Usually it's a 3rd to 5th place MAC team with up to 5 losses thrashing an undefeated or one loss league champ. And if it is a MAC champion, it's usually a blow out. Hence the chants :)

Leipsic 2 loses in BVC
DSJ 3 loses in MAC

Still heard the MAC chants after the game was over so this is not always the case.

Hence now we understand why alot of people feel the way they do about DSJ and the MAC, just saying. The caliber of football played in the MAC Conference speaks for itself in the local area and state.

BJ can't help himself.

Everybody knows about dsj and the mac but BJ isn't happy if he can't constantly bring up how good they are, then when dsj lost, well dsj wasn't that good. It makes him feel better.

It's no secret DSJ was down this year. This was easily their weakest team since 2007

There's a difference between preseason talk and judging a team 12 weeks into the season.....

So after watching dsj all year and you new they were down you still picked them to win this game. Prediction or wishful thinking?

Prediction. A DVI MAC team that is in a down year that makes the playoffs is still better than most DVI playoff teams around here. Simple as that

lol I would say chanting it on saturday is a guarantee... it's not even safe to say ML is favored friday, let alone safe to say they are going to win.

ML is the defending DVI champion. They are favored in every DVI game until someone knocks them off

Also just got back from watching the film..looks like that touchdown fumble wasn't the only fumble the ref missed *whistles*

Play where Warneke went down. Wasn't as obvious and could definitely have been called either way, but it was a fumble.

That's like saying the 2011 DSJ team was the favorite in every game because the 2010 team. Those are two completely different teams.

It doesn't matter how many times you watch that film BlueJay, It won't change the outcome. We all know how a miss call here or there can make an impact on a game, don't we?

...DSJ WAS favored in every D6 game they played last year, even the state semi game against ML considering they beat them earlier in the year.

They lost to the state runners up in DV, LCC and a DI school from Michigan. And then ML in week 14

You still trying to bring up a game that happened 3 years ago that your team lost?
