LCC may have the best player in the league but when you have a team full of phenomenal athletes put on one single TEAM I feel that team is going to win. Ada doesn't have a West but they do have a great core of skill players. I'm going to be honest, this Ada team may be the best overall team I've watched in many years. You can go back to the years of Zach Dysert and Mitchell Faine and I will still take this Ada team over all of those teams because they finally have a dominant back (Decker), Great receivers (Wilcox, Ansley, Roberson) and a QB that is starting to come in to his own (Acheson). The only weak spot they have is their linebackers. Blake Ansley is a little undersized and teams have been exposing that by simply using their big backs and running right at Blake. That's the ONLY weakness Ada has.
Oh, I didn't know that a freshman who had 21 tackles in one game is a weakness. If I had a team where the ONLY weakness was a kid who does that and does what he needs to do week after week, they're doing pretty good

Really the best runningback in the league? Jonathan Washington is on hell of a runningback. Dont let stats get in the way of pure talent. The reason for washingtons lack of high number is because LCC gets tons of people touches. Best WR's? LCC has Mykale Rogers, Sam Huffman, Darius West, and Ryan Pitts receiving the ball and all of them are division 1 type of athletes. Best Coach? that is debateable for the fact is the past few meetings between LCC and Ada have been butt whoopings.

RB - Decker is a beast - Ada
QB - Not as good as what they have had the last 6 years. But still the best QB in the league. - Ada
WR - Best collection Lima has to offer. Lima Senior Catholic
Coach - I will go with the best coach Columbus Grove has ever had. - Ada
As i recall last year people said Decker was a better runningback than washington and at the end of the game washington ran all over that bulldog defense and decker didnt do much at all to lcc. This years LCC defense is way better than last year. Just because the LCC wide recievers are black doesnt mean they are Lima Seniors when most of them if not all come over in 5th grade.

We need a campfire, a guitar and a few verses of Kumbaya. I just want to know which team has the most Catholics?
Dont be ignorant and boarderline racist. LCC has plenty of black catholics, and since when do you have to be catholic to attend a catholic school?

Stats show Decker with 111 rushing yds last year( albiet I don't remember that many.

And last..Kellen is getting some good looks from colleges..

I have LCC winning by 21. That LCC defense is way too fast and will fly around making plays. LCC offense is improving each week so im excited to see what happens on the field.

good for him i hope he does well in college it looks well for the NWC but he is one player he still needs his O Line to be able to play with the speed of LCC,s linebackers. Kalito Lasenby is playing like a all state player so is Lee Stewart (LCC's Linebackers).

A great matchup to watch for would be Ansley vs. West. I give the nod to West but who knows what schemes ada will throw at LCC to get him open.

Never said he did not need his line did I? Was responding to your post that Decker did nothing against LCC while Washington "ran" all over Ada. Now using your logic that LCC line is far superior than Ada's that Washington ran behind and Deck gained +100 yds with an inferior line, that would make Deck a better rb in my book........

And for the record..not saying Decker is better or Washington is better..they both are pretty damn good backs

Just curious if Coop would be the coach at Ada, what would his record be.....I know , not as good as Coach Fell, Why? because Coop cant coach a team that does not have major talent, he cant coach a team where he has to COACH.........He left Grove because he thought the well was dry....Says enough.......(Glad he left ...just for the record)

Dysert, Jackson, Webber, Baker, Baker, Vermillion, Ansley, Faine...... I would say Ada has had some major talent over the last few years.

I was a freshman Coop's first year, so I never played for anyone else, but from talking to guys the few grades ahead of me, it was night and day between Cooper and the previous coaches.

Do you think LCC had significantly more talent Coop's first 3 years (all finished 9-1) than they did the previous 10-15 years (anywhere from 0-10 to 4-6)?

it's the system that helps develop players granted dysentery and Jackson were superstars but the others have had to work

I am not sure that anyone here knows how great Ada really is. Not sure how they can lose with the talent all over the field.
