I would like to see the JV coach (Hermiller) step up but, I dont see it happening with all the years he has in. Maybe Hermiller as varsity, and the Ligepea/Lehman girl and the other guy who coaches as JV.

Why doesn't Sir Reginald Denny take over the helm if it is indeed true that Brooks is out. I've heard he's retired, an expert on everything and a Stinky's legend. He could get the Rockets program to the elite status that the PG faithful expect.

If you were a legend people would know who you are Rocketman. Therefore I don't find much truth in you being a self-proclaimed legend.

Since brooks was forced out I would highly doubt that you will see him be hired. I think they would go outside the current staff for the new coach

If you're a good coach why would you be attracted to Pandora Gilboa?

You wouldn't there is no job security and only once in a great while will you have good players. I don't know who PG thinks they can get that will be anyone close to as good a coach as Brooks was.

I dont know what it is, the people of the Riley just expect the best. The area is "perfect" and is expected to stay that way. Braidic is great and so is Brooks. Perhaps their programs wouldnt be going down the crapper if the school would stop looking for the "Elite" coach and keep the great ones they have. Like Braidic, Brooks shouldn't have been pushed out of the position by the high expectations of the school board.

-Sorry to dis the community along riley but I guess there's a simple solution. P-G isn't Liberty Benton and doesnt play small schools so they win every game and appear to be good every year. so stop expecting that! Another way to do this is to get rid of some of the members of "BOE."

So who did the PG posse hire? Saw Coach Brooks at the U of F girls basketball camp helping out. Anyone know if he is on staff?

Seriously, they haven't named a coach yet? Someone has to be doing something with the girls this summer? If not it's a shame cause they could be a very solid team this year.

PG hired Jessica Liedtke formerly Lehman. Played under Brooks in the early to mid 2000's I believe. Her husband Greg is an assistant coach for the baseball team.

This is a prime example of why good coaches don't want to coach HS Sports anymore. Too much policitcs and too many people who run for board for personal agendas and vendettas.

Until school boards are disbaned, there will always be good coaches pushed out.

I had the last laugh. Muahahaha
