Which coach is going to put her name in the scorebook as the 'head coach' during the games? Only one coach can be up and talking to the refs, etc....
I'm not sure it's a good idea, only because it hasn't been done very often. The idea of having a 'head coach' is one person having the final say on things and that's that. With co-coaches it would be a little different. I'm not going to right it off, but skeptical.
For all parties involved, I hope everyone knows they are a couple years from being a consistent winner. It's going to take some time and if these two young ladies can lead them in the right direction, more power to them.
