Ada has the most hate for LCC out of the conference? Seems to me that it was Spencerville, Delphos Jefferson, Crestview and Lincolnview leading the charge to get rid of LCC not Ada. It is shame that LCC never let it come to vote. From everyone i have talked to Ada would have never voted LCC out. Regardless you have what you wanted they are out. move on.

davidson you seem closer to the situation than many. What is your gut telling you?

What proof do you have it was those four schools leading the charge?

Who cares is Fell is POed at LCC? LCC players and community can't stand the guy, so it's only fair he feels the same way towards LCC. The only issue is, we have them on the schedule for 3 more years. If he was upset after last years game, wonder how upset he will be after this years, and into the future.

If LCC piles it on vs Ada, or any other NWC team, it just makes them look worse.

Not kidding at all. The feeling is that NB and Calvert set the BVC up with protection when HN has to fold the program and also for the likely merger into Vancadia.

That would make sense. Yes.

That's not what you said. I agree with this post BUT you said adding NB and Calvert would make the BVC a stronger conference. I would say adding those two would do nothing to add to the competitiveness of the league...just adds two bodies.

You have got to be the most ignorant/childish poster on here. I would ignore your posts but then I would see people responding to nothing. Oh well. I guess either way ruins the thread.

Personally I think Calvert brings a better overall athletic program to the table than what the BVC already has in Arcadia, Vanlue, Hardin Northern, Cory-Rawson and Pandora, so I wouldn't consider them just a warm body. For their size they've done pretty well.

I was going to respond to the child but at least I know now that all Findlay-LB people think they are better then everyone. And now since I live in the Fort Wayne area I must be a better person. Thank God I moved out of the Findlay-LB area.

Wonder if he/she/it thinks about Benton Ridge folks who also are part of the LB school district.

I hear Calvert has a lot of the same so called attitiude as LB people :bow2: , but it will still bring stability/strength to the league so we don't have a mess to deal with in the next couple of years.

I agree with LBHS and OSUFAN. It is sad that just because people want to be the best and have pride in it that others think there is something wrong with that. It use to be "keeping up with the Jones'." Well now adays it seems like the saying should go, "Get drug down by the Jones'." One thing I hate is when people think bad of others for being good at something. It is ok to show your pride for the hard work and dedication someone put into something. Yes it gets harder and harder to swallow as time goes on but I guess you have to work harder to get better or just sit around and watch everyone pass you by.

That being said I think something is going to have to happen if LB wants to have a good shot at playoffs once the 7 division split comes. It is going to be difficult for them to make playoffs going undefeated in a div 7 dominated league. One loss (which occurs more than undefeated) is almost a certain loss of a playoff spot of LB. It will be interesting to see what happens.

How could anyone with a clear conscious believe that NB strenthens the BVC? Worst facilities in NW Ohio (I know they are building) and their athletic programs - outside of softball - are as bad as the current bottom feeders in the BVC. I just don't see NB being approved in the BVC.

How does that make BVC stronger?

HL, Carey, Ada, Riverdale - yeah - but not NB or even TC IMO.

TC would have the best Stadium in the league.

All bias aside, I don't think you want to compare the sports history of TC compared to Riverdale or Ada.....and they've held their own against Carey over the years, so I am not sure how those three schools would make the BVC so much stronger.

....And TC still has a winning record over HL in football, boys basketball and baseball since they've been playing against each other.

McComb 15, Hardin Northern 12, Calvert and HL 10, Ada, LB and PG 7, Leipsic 4, Arlington and CR 3, Arcadia and NB 1....Vanlue and VB 0
