maybe in terms of records but their scores in the tourney havent been that close other than rosecrans. if a 10 point win is close as you define it so be it. good win / loss records dont tell you how good / bad a team really is.

Upset that we lost, unhappy with the way it happened. Very hard fought game. both teams fought for every single bucket. In the end though Africentric forced some costly turnovers when my Lady Oaks had the lead and hit two free throws when they needed to. That being said we had a great look at the basket that would have sent it into overtime, but just rimmed out. Felt bad for the seniors as they go out as the winningest class in school history with 96 wins and only 8 losses and 2 state runner-up finishes and 2 regional runner up finishes.

May have seen the end of an era today as the talent level drops after this year. For the past 20 years girls have lived and breathed basketball in Oak Hill. Hopefully I am wrong but I can see te winds of change coming. Again, hopefully I am wrong,

Congrats to Africentric. never stop and very tenacious.
