I've got a raccoon that's eatin' all my dogs and cats' food.... 'possums I can whack with a bat, but, this coon is too fast for me...and, I certainly don't wanna break another appendage in my pursuit of animals....lol
Also, he/she's always here at night, so I can't shoot, as I'm night blind...... :(

Any suggestions??

You need a small animal cage baited with cat food. It might take a couple of night because the 'possums like it too. Then drop it in the pond and drown him. If you find that to inhumane, just shoot him through the bars. It will get your cage pretty messy though so have the garden hose handy

Slice, if after you drop the coon in the pond to give him a drink, walk away and come back in about 25-30 min. if you don't want to shoot'em. This is what I do with muskrats when they get in my pond.

Set the trap, once he's caught take the coon to Ada or Beaverdam and set him free. Less messy that way!!

I would think the manager of your trailer park would be responsible for removing the varmit.
