We all know where the Rocketmans favorite barstool is but I thought it would be interesting to hear some other favorite places. Where is your favorite watering hole and why?

My husband and I have been parking it lately at
The Landing at Indian Lake, not only do they have great Baked Clams but they also have
great jello shots that nearly knock me off my
barstool. Last Friday they had 5 card bingo which was a blast to play, and with the u shaped Bar it makes a great setting for getting
to know everyone.

lol...wish I would have been there to witness that......I have been to The Landing and also Froggys...I wish Eddy's was still around...other decent bars...The Rustic, Top Chalet, Applebees, Westgate Lounge, Peg Leg in Continental, Burgandy's just to name a few!!!!

Come on everybody. The most favorite bar in the area or maybe in the world has to be Stinky's in the metropolis of Gilboa, Ohio. The coldest beer in the area by far. By the way you never know when the Rocketman himself will show up there after a hard day in the fields, or behind the desk, or whatever the heck he does for a living besides running and contributing to this forum.

Not one to just sit at bars, but I like going to Landeck Tavern because they have good food, and of course the Villager because it's in my hometown and have awesome food.....and trivia on thursdays

flounder, the Peg Leg isnt around any more, but all the stories I heard, it would have been a good time....I usually hit up the Offsides bar in Continental since its in town and they have great subs, new owner thats really awesome, have my own stool there, wold be there a lot more during week if I didnt work 3rds now....

Ok, wait....Continental doesn't have football so they didn't name the bar "Offsides" because of that....so it's got to be the only bar in the NW Ohio named for a soccer penalty. Though technically the penalty is offside without the S.....you'd think someone would have looked that up before they named the bar wrong.....lol

2. Bombshelter.......................need I say more!
3. Mac & Rita's.......................you just have to experience this once in your life
4. Carry It...............................after an OG game this place is electric
5. Tin Lizzy.............................late, late, late night action
6. Fishmo's............................only been there twice in my life, but..........
7. Goldmine...........................long gone now, but in it's day.......
8. The "Spot".........................a Port Clinton landmark that unfortunately is no longer in business
9. Leipsic Eagles...................the only "private club" on the list
10. Sager's Bar.....................on the way home once.
