Van Wert 0 - Elida 0

2 years in a row Elida hasnt beating Van Wert. Where is Elida going to?

Been a while since Elida has had a terrible team. They aren't going to win many games this year by the looks of it.

Who cares if he's a frosh? He looked equally poor in his one half of JV work.

He got the W right? Kalidas star keeper didn't.

I think it's safe to say before TT became coach, Elida NEVER had a terrible team. TT was an amazing, amazing player, but for whatever reason it just does not translate whatsoever to his players.

Part of the problem is the current state of the youth program at Elida - what used to be possibly the strongest in the area 10-15 yrs ago and longer, has now become little to nothing.

Elida's football program is the strongest it has been in decades. The soccer feeder program is gone. Correlation? I think probably so.

I think the youth program is still there. Though it is not dominate like it used to be because the football team is actually respectable now. But if you check out the 8th grade soccer team they are pretty stacked. All playing club, the problem is, don't want to lose them to football. Austin Etzler-Now an All State Wide Reciever for Elida- used to be one of the best goalkeepers in the area. Nathan Jenkins- another good wide reciever, was a good good soccer player as well. Elida losing all of them to Football.

You think scoring an own goal and letting a goal go right thru your hands is not horrible. Delusional.

Ok. So you're saying they're young AND bad. Thanks for clearing that up.

Ottawa Hills team was young last year too.....

Now you're just being a jerk. You can make a point, but don't be so harsh on the kids.

Kids are too pandered these days anyway. A little unvarnished truth never hurt anything. Who knows, perhaps it will motivate them to get better.

I'll let you reread what you wrote and give you a chance to see how stupid it was.

Ft. Jennings 3
Miller City 2
Kalida-1
Miller City-3

What was stupid about it?

Ok, I'll write it in crayon for you.

You say I am mad because A.) K<MC AND B.) MC<FJ.

If I was a Kalida supporter, I'd be unhappy with A.) and very pleased with B.)
If I was an MC supporter, I'd be very pleased with A.) and unhappy with B.)

So, your rationale that I am unhappy at both results (or either for that matter) is illogical and is without merit.
