I rather like the pics. Kinda gives the posters here another way to identify someone.

THIS... I like having "avatars". The mobile version is very nice and this PC version isnt bad either. Cant wait for the scoreboard option...then my phone wont blow up from tons of scores texted in.

Actually here in the Penitentiary Bubba and I prefer the old look. I guess it is kind of like this, why mess with success? By the way, it this not part of what took down Ohio's former number one message board. Remember JJ Puddle fiddled and farted around and made change after change and now it is nothing more than a distant memory. Maybe this is for the best though with extra features and all, but it is going to take some getting used too. As Slice has stated it is a bit confusing right now. Do love the avatar feature that IS a big plus. Hopefully people will take the 10 seconds to put in an avatar for the identification purposes.

Check back sunday. We are getting it skinned to look alot like the old board, but with many of the new features. Hopefully best of both worlds.

That's what makes this place so great. You work for and with the people rather than shoving it down our throats like they did in Puddle Puddle land. Thanks and we'll be back Sunday to see the new with the old mix. The ingredients of success, oh hells bells what do I know I'm stuck in a 10 by 10 cell with a jealous roomie named Bubba.

I have to say, this is a fairly big deal for me if we're not gonna have them at all next to ppls posts as we read the forums.... the avatars give everyone sorta a 'personality' ....
i really don't understand where they are 'too big' and distracting..... ???? and NO ONE gets more distracted easily by 'sparkly things' than me!!! and even with the new format, the avatars have not taken me away from my reading.... Lord knows, we've got much more to learn than glancing at a pic at this time!!!

also...i did get side tracked a bit here in all i wanted to reply to.....had nothing to do with my viewing of avatars, btw!!
forgot to give a shout out my boy, azz & wanted to say hope you and bubba are fitting together nicely in your living arrangement..and also, i'm STILL waiting on that promised quenching of my thirst for when you get sprung!!! i won't ever forget that! best wishes to you & bubba!!!

how do you put gout & herpes in the same sentence?!?! most ppl have never even heard of gout & your inference is there is some connection....???
i get gout pretty regularly & GUARANTEE YOU there is NO connection to gout to herpes!!! just sayin'!
