What Instrument did/do you play

I play the Trombone. I am not all that great at it but I still enjoy playing from time to time.

Trombone for me too. Although its been a long while since I played it. It was passed on to my Sister and now on to my Niece.....Didn't expect those two to play it, but they do...and well.

I also played percussion but only by ear. Never learned to read that music.

I sing...thats an instrument. My whole family sings...call us the Von Trapps.....

slice - if you're serious about playing drums, let me know next time you're in the NB area!

I also sing lead on many of our songs. Been thinking of adding keys to the band. After looking through this, I think we could add a few tromboners, too!
Recently I've been learning guitar. I mean very recently - just started a few weeks ago. I know three chords!
I play the drums by ear alone. If you need music to do it, it's not for you!

Just remember everyone. Saxophones may have wood and trumpets blow, but trombones can do it in 7 different positions.

I was a drummer from the get go. Played all the way thru school, marching band (we had no football- lol), and then in a band at college. I still frequent an alumni pep band here and there but we haven't had one in such a long time I wonder if I still have it??!! Ahh, who am I kidding, I could still rock "Wipe Out" like a rock star!! pickles.gif

From all that I've ever seen or heard, most ladies who do indeed play the flute cease doing so shortly after getting married.
