Kinda seems we may have had this topic before, but, if so, it's obviously been a while......

falcon's mentioning of the 'blind squirrel" last week got me to thinking of how many I use, whether from music, literature or just trendy quips....

What are some of your most used &/or favorite sayings, wiitticisms(sp?--i've heard numerous times we have spell check here....i'll be darned if i've ever been able to work it!!, but, i digress... rolleyes.gif ), clich`es, , adages, idioms, epitats, so on & so on.....

Let's hear 'em!

When someone says they are hoping something happens, my favorite saying is:
You can hope in one hand and crap in the other, and see which hand fills up first.

You'll have that.

Not my problem.

I love saying the second one when I'm at work and someone is acting all bent out of shape about a situation... I'll just say 'Not my problem' and that usually shuts them up.
