QUOTE (cubbies4life @ Aug 24 2009, 12:26 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
As well as the entire Big Ten. Way Way down this year.

Hard saying at this point. I think Bichigan will still blow this year. In fact, I think they lose their opener to Western Michigan. I have already spoke to some WMU fans that are planning on tearing down Bichigan's goalpost after they beat them this year. laugh.gif I see PSU being slightly overrated and not being as good as last year, but still good. With that said, Minnesota and Iowa should be locks to be better and Wiscy has a lot of potential to be better. Indiana is irrelevant. MSU is a big mystery as of now.....that will be interesting to watch play out up in East Lansing this year. Purdue.......no clue.....probably average at best. Northwestern.........could reload, but they could also regress.

It should be an interesting year.

Geez Louise, I take a week off the Corner to go to Knoxville, Iowa for the World of Outlaw Nationals, and everything go to heck in a hand basket. I started the topic on OSU/USC. Why did all the other garbage get thrown in? Please stay on the topic or go to JJ Huddle. Thanks

You can't really say that USC is faster than OSU. Heck, just last week Pryor ran a 4.33, and according to BTN our D-line should be as athletic as they've been in a long time.

Also, Pete Carroll has decided to start a true freshman at Quarterback

I actually feel good about this because this reminds me of all the hype that Colt McCoy was getting when he was named the starting QB as a freshman after Vince Young graduated, and I think we all know how that game went.

It should be one hell of a good game though, but I'll take the bucks by a field goal in the shoe
I wanted to have a career in sports when I was young, but I had to give it up. I'm only six feet tall, so I couldn't play basketball. I'm only 190 pounds, so I couldn't play football. And I have 20-20 vision, so I couldn't be a referee. ~Jay Leno

21-0 at half oregan state leads. They are dominating usc in all aspects of the football game. And they get the ball at half. I smell defeat but who knows how the trojans could come out after the half. If OSU keeps working hard and stays dominant it is def. there for the taking.
