Michael Butler---Right field, pry bat cleanup, broke a bone in his foot last year catching batting .475 when he went down
Ryan Schroeder---shortstop big play maker....bats .300
Matt Meyers---ace..throws good and hard when he wants too
Richie Rodriguez---centerfield bats 5-6....right around .325
all 5 of these players are atleast 2 year letter winners...and were all par of the beating of Kalida last year..and part of the 2006 BVC CHAMPS this year!!!!!!(my personal predictions)

Its good to have confidence, but sometimes other teams have a better chance and should be the name of the topic.
just an opinion

Arlington 2008, Who will be Arlington's best pitcher(s) this year?
As for VB they have the talent to compete but they lost some very, very good players from last years team. Will have to see who steps up for them this year.

i believe arlingtons pitchers this year, these are just a few, and im not sure if they would be considered arlingtons best, and they are:
leinhart
morado
and drerup
i dont think any of those are spelled right, but, to my knowledge, all of them will be pitching this year, you would have to ask arlington_2008 for the rest, if there is any, but thats all i know, hope that helps leipsicfan...

I'm sorry, i haven't been on lately. thejackel doesn't know what he's talking about. Arlington hasn't lost any pitchers from last year. We lost 2 players, a shortstop and a rightfielder. We have all of our pitchers back, they include:
Lenhart
Inniger
Drerup
Rice(maybe)--sophomore still developing skills
Morado(maybe)--senior with a little control and a nice meatball
Inbody
They haven't lost any pitchers and are looking at a bvc title contention this season. Look out, they're in the hunt...
