Yep that makes it even so we can get started! All I ask is if ya joined play out the year no matter what place you're in.

Edit: We're set to draft! It'll probably be tomorrow at the earliest before it shows up.

The draft has been completed and rosters are in........what does everyone think of their team? I may look at all the teams closer and give a pre-season rundown later on. In an 8 team league most teams will look pretty loaded, but as always, health is a big issue.

One reason to be a bit questioning the draft:
2 Catchers
1 First Baseman (can be a catcher)
2 Second Basemen (one could be 3rd or OF no complaint there I like the multiple option)
3 Third Basemen
1 Shortstop
AND....
6 outfielders....I guess I just figured it'd be a little more spread out then that

Eh that's the problem ya have to deal with when ya can't get everybody together at the same time. Just what ya have to deal with.

we should have the draft eather this saturday or sometime next weekend so it would prolly be a lil easier to get everyone together.

In case it hasn't been noticed yet by the way.....You'll only be able to change your lineups on MONDAY's. So you basically get one day to set your lineup for the week. An interesting little twist I honestly kinda forgot about.

Forget that I have to deal with that in a basketball league right now and everyone in the league HATES it. It really sucks.

Oh and its not that you can only make changes on Monday. Its that you have to make the changes you want to your line up before Monday. On Monday your line up is locked in for that week and you can't rotate players in and out if their playing or not or go on the DL your stuck with that line up till the next week. I think that it really hurts the competition.

Is there any way the commissioner can change the lineup changes from weekly to daily?

One step ahead of ya....already looked into it and no can do. If I woulda noticed BEFORE the draft I coulda. I could possibly start another one leave everything the same and change that option but it would have to be done pretty fast. Games start Monday I think.

Yeah the season starts next week but they have drafts for the first couple of weeks.

If a new league is set up with daily lineup changes the draft ought to be done by opening day......which is still 11 days away, as long as everyone gets their team registered in a timely fashion

Ok I'll do it....we can't DELETE that league as the draft already happened. Just have to forget that it exists. I'll send out invites to the new league once it's set up. BTW who has the Barons team so I can send you an invite to the new league??

Doesn't HAVE to I don't think but yeah that would be nice..um opening day is 5 days away not 11...Opening "night" is the 24th.

I forgot about the 2 day series in Japan.......but that shouldn't count in a fantasy league because teams with no Oakland or Boston players would automatically lose all categories that week. All teams open the following week. We should wait until the first full week.

Ya can't decide what DAY to start on. Ya CAN decide what WEEK. Week 1 starts on the 24th. Week 2 on April 7. And they wouldn't necessarily lose in that week if those players stink it up.
