I saw this on another forum and since Taz won't explain thought it may be fitting. Knowin this kid to say he would bite is so eroneous. Now heavy head positioning causing maybe a a head butt, maybe.
I have even spoke with a couple refs that have stated this should not have been called and how it all was handled was inexcusable.
So, before some of you start bashing this young an, you need to know facts not what is hear say.

I don't usually post but after what I saw at Fostoria this past weekend makes me sick and fits this thread. I was sitting at mat 3 and watched a young man from Elida get hosed beyond comprehension. I had a perfect view of said incident. Napoleon kid was coming in with what looked to be illegal cross faces as Elida kid had a deep underhook in and collar tie. Here is what makes this sad. Elida kid already almost pined kid and up like 5 6 or 7 -0. As kid was fleeing mat with this underhook deep he crossed faced Elida kid and arm went into this kids motuth. Napoleon kid applied alot of presure with crossface you could see lidas kid's neck muscles in fighting it. They go out of bounds and Elida takes Blood timeout. While they are cleaning up, Naploen Coach cleans his kid and calls official over. Couple minutes later they bring ...good Ol' Lyle over the Rules guy. He DQ's Elida kid for biting even after Ref's say they saw no biting. Later in day it comes to the attention that the 2nd ref even stated that the Napoleon kid when crossfaced Elida put his arm in is mouth and saw no biting. Elida kid from what I have read and heard about is a top notch kid and a good kid. H looks very agressive and many parents and coaches said the same thing. Not once did I see Lyle or officials talk with Elida COaches or Elida kid. The Head Ref of the tournament wasn't even called over.
Understand that the Napoleon Kid did not even react to the so called bite. It was noticed during clean up. I saw the bite myself as the kid was sitting close to us in between matches and it wasn't a full set of teethmorks and only 2 spots that could have been made y this arm in his mouth.
Something needs to be done about this and I will be writing a letter to OHSAA concerning this cause one of the best 189 kids at that district didn't even have a fair shot at getting out. So in my opinion that COach form Napoleon should be ashamed of himself for ruining the other kid.
I was amazed of the maturity of the Elida kid on his actions after ruling. I talked with him and he had watery eyes in disbelief of what happened. I and a couple others almost went to his father but didn't feel right as we noticed he was a coach as well.
So, to Tazmaster5, our prayers to you. You don't know us but we know who you are. Keep his head up and he sure will have a good offseason.Fostoriawatcher

Wow that is some post Who. It's to bad someone didn't have a video tape of this to send to the OHSAA. You can't help but admire the Elida wrestler and hope things make up for it next year!

Jock ventures to the Wrestling Forum and produces and Instant Classic. You're a posting genius. Now, go back to the basketball forum where your recognized and loved. Well, at least recognized.

Just dig a few drainage ditches around it and everything will turn out fine. Probably good black soil under there. Of couse, that is too scientific for anyone (Lima Jock) to understand.

Tell the old lady I said hi.

OSU$ME,

Had some unused muscle relaxants. WIfe wanted her nightly warm milk I take to her bedside. You do the math. As they say, when the cats away the mice will play. thumbup1.gif

Weakly,

I bet you like playing in the sandbox. Thats the only experience you have with soil unless you remember all the butt kickings you used to get on the football field.

DC/MS,

Your so funny!

Waaaay TMI there Jock, but thanks for the picture no.gif thumbdown.gif laugh.gif !! Can't help but wonder if you're now comparing yourself to mice...(?)...while some might be cute fuzzy little pets (and your not little) most are disgusting beady eye rodents. Man Jock, you really need to get off that bar stool and get yourself some confidence!! punk.gif

If anyone here speaks the truth it is the DC meister. Nailed it...

Anyway Lima Jock Sniffer, while it is true that received my share of arse kickings on the gridiron I also doled out a few. And, given ample time to warm up, could probably delive a few more. At least for about 3 plays until I got winded. Speaking of wind... ask the wifey about my new diet.
