I remember a few years back a certain running back was said to be too small and too slow. His name? Barry Sanders. Now I am in NO WAY equating Mike Hart with Barry Sanders...Barry was a rare talent. But their size is comparable. I don't think Hart will be a star in the NFL but he will be a solid back.

I haven't been able to find anything solid for you, but here are a few things that talked about draft positioning at the beginning of the season and some other stuff, talking about the likelihood of his being a late 1st round pick or there abouts.

We're splitting hairs when it comes to Hart's NFL prospectus and frankly I don't really care if or when he goes. The three UM guys with NFL potential on this year's team will and have been Long, Manningham and Henne in that order. I'd go so far as to say should Adrian Arrington declare he would be selected ahead of Hart.
Course as everyone knows, the NFL grades any and all Ohio St and Michigan draft entries based solely on their performance in the Michigan - Ohio St game.

Maybe you frequent different sites or read different magazines than I do or something but I don't recall any buzz from the NFL scouts about him. Probably just Buck fans doing what Buck fans do. Build up any and all Ohio St players to the point of declaring them Gods at their position. And in the same breath trash any and all Michigan players, coaches, recruits, equipment managers etc until after an OSU victory over them, at which point those same players are vaulted to superstud status for a few months until the draft where they are suddenly trashed as being pathetic losers.
I don't know where you stand in that current sequence of events.

I stated quite clearly that 2007 was a down year in the draft for RBs. The fact that so few were taken in the first round only goes to prove that fact. I have provided you several preseason evaluations and predictions to the 2008 draft stating that Hart should be a 1st Rd pick in the 2008 draft. I guess you stopped reading once you realized you were wrong AGAIN? Hey, I wouldn't pick him in the first round either. Jake Long, yes, Hart, no.
Hell, I picked Ohio State to LOSE the National Championship game this season and I also picked them to lose last season. I am an Ohio State fan, yes, but I am also a realist who puts things into an intelligent perspective and puts together the beautiful mind of work that is available for neuro-assembly.
Come back to Earth, Vic. Or leave those of us that are firmly planted on it alone. Either way, catch a clue. The masses will greatly appreciate it.

That 2nd statement proves NOTHING as to who teams will select. If anything it says they'll wait and grab them later in the draft and fill needs with quality early.
I hope everyone does themselves a favor and goes to the link this cat provided us. I don't think it needs any explanation. My guess is it was written by a 7th grader. His "mock draft" is a joke at best.

Buy a good draft magazine AFTER the combine and actually sit down and watch the damn thing for two days when it comes around in April.

And of course nobody knows who will select who. That's why we're talking about draft predictions/mock drafts. I mean, c'mon, you should surely be able to put that together, right? Yes, and please do click the link. Notice the date...May of 2007...right after the 2007 draft...looking ahead to 2008. Once again, back to the point that Hart was highly regarded at the end of the 2006 season. Looking at current mock drafts, not as highly regarded. WHICH WAS THE POINT ALL ALONG!!! Man, this sounds like a broken record, doesn't it? But, hell, I guess it has to if you can't commit to reading what has been written on the board in the first place.
Once again, why would I need to buy a draft magazine AFTER the combine? I mean, as was the point so clearly stated (and clearly ignored by you) that Hart was regarded much higher LAST YEAR than THIS YEAR without any use of a combine! I mean, hell, he's not going to be workingout at the combine as a Junior if he isn't in the draft, so what would I need a draft magazine for to compare his status for last year's draft as it is shaking out to be for this year's draft?
You make this too easy. What else ya' got, tater tot
Oh, and if you would...put some thought into your responses next time. I get paid to be a jerk and belittle idiots who think they have a clue. As of right now I would probably have to refund some money to the client because I haven't had to try all that hard to blow your case out of the water.

The first link didn't work.
As to the 2nd link...Have you yet to realize that I am talking about his status from LAST YEAR for the draft being higher than it appears it will be for THIS YEAR? What would a link to a 2008 Mock Draft have to do with helping you prove your point? It sure helps me prove mine that his stock has fallen.
Care for a mulligan?

If you think NFL scouts pay that much attention to college football, that's your prerogative.
