Terrible accident when a HS student gets killed. sad.gif Just like I heard once, when you're reading the newspaper obituaries, you see everyone's age of 72, 95, 68, 84, and then, 17. It's just sad seeing someone go when they haven't had a chance to live to be that old.

I went to a memorial get to gether for Zach tonight at saint mikes church about half a mile from the LB high school, people were there from different schools and it really brought the community together...it just goes to tell you, no matter what school you go to, or what team you play for, they were all there for the same reason, and that was to comfort and greive with each other after a big loss for many people....its a def. shame when these things happen. My prayers go out to everyone that was affected from this. God bless

My thoughts and prayers go out to those affected by this tragedy.

I know what its like to lose a friend in a tragedy such as this. I was a freshmen in college when a friend a year older than me from high school was in a car accident and passed away.

We plan on giving the donations as a memorial to the LB team when we play them in two weeks. It's gotta be hard to lose a player and teammate, brother and son. Fortunately, I have not had to endure that, but prayers go out to his friends and family from me and the entire VB soccer team.
